Library staff keep the books the school owns. The portal shows the selected learner’s loans. It does not open another family’s loans.

What library staff can keep

A catalogue, loans, due dates, and fines. Overdue loans can appear on the school dashboard as something that needs attention.

Skoolway Books, where a school lists books for sale, is separate. That list does not receive the learner’s health, fee, or transport records.
