What is public

The website people open is https://www.skoolway.app. The API that sign-in, schools, and payment notices use is https://api.skoolway.app. Payment providers must be able to reach that API. A notice sent to a laptop address such as localhost never arrives.

If the website opens but sign-in cannot restore a session, the API or the sign-in store may be unavailable. Retry, then ask a school administrator. There is no status subscription to join.

Planned interruptions

The service can be interrupted for maintenance, security, or a failure in hosting, email, or Google sign-in. Schools should keep the official records they are required to keep outside Skoolway.
