On the signup form this is the Primary and Secondary institution types. The footer label is K-12. It is the same product, with the fields those schools are asked for.

What the school can store

A primary or secondary school can record a NEMIS code, a KNEC code, a registration number, county, sub-county, and whether it is public or private. Learners can have a NEMIS or roll number, which is also how a fee notice can find them.

The school chooses day, boarding, or both. Boarding learners can be marked that way. Day learners can be placed on a transport route the school created.

Classes

The school adds the grades and streams it uses. Primary and secondary setup can follow the school’s grade sections. Skoolway does not download an official CBC or TSC report template, and it does not file results with KNEC.
