What the school can store

A TVET account can store a TVET registration number and a category, plus the shared registration, county, and day or boarding fields. Learners, attendance, fees, and staff invites work the same way as for a school.

Fee payments still go to the institution’s own M-Pesa, Pesapal, or bank account.

What is not included

Skoolway does not submit returns to a TVET authority and does not manage industrial attachment placements. Those stay with the institution.
