This is the learner record inside Skoolway: who studies at the school, who is linked as a parent, and which class they are in.

What the school can add

Learners can be added one by one or from a spreadsheet, with a roll number or NEMIS number. Parents are linked to those learners. Teachers and department staff are invited by the school and choose their own password.

The school creates grades, streams, and subjects. Primary, secondary, TVET, and university are chosen when the account is opened. Day, boarding, or both decides which boarding and transport fields appear.
